These terms govern your use of Telara.health (“Telara”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The medical disclaimer in particular matters.
What Telara is — and is not
Telara is a tool for organizing your own health information: a structured case file paired with a daily wellness log. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the service creates a doctor–patient relationship. Charts, trends, and AI-structured summaries are organizational aids, not clinical conclusions. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you tracked or read here. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You need an account to author content. Keep your sign-in method (your email inbox or Google account) secure — it is how we know you are you. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Telara.
Your content
Everything you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store it, back it up, and display it — to you always, and to others only according to your own visibility settings. If you make a page public, you are choosing to publish that information; think before sharing details you may want private later, and remember you can make it private again or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Only enter health information about yourself, or about someone who has asked you to manage it on their behalf.
- Do not impersonate others, misrepresent a page as clinical advice, or use the service to harass anyone.
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service or access other users’ private data.
- Do not scrape or bulk-collect content from public pages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI features
Optional features use AI models to transcribe voice notes and structure text you provide. AI output can be wrong; every AI-assisted result is presented back to you for review before it is saved, and you are responsible for verifying it before relying on it or sharing it.
Availability and warranty
Telara is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable and your data safe and backed up, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and you should keep your own copies of information you cannot afford to lose (the account page offers a full JSON export).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telara and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on information organized in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, while the service is free, is zero.
Ending your use
You can stop using Telara and delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion permanently removes your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, and will otherwise give reasonable notice if we ever discontinue the service, with time to export your data.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and its date and ask signed-in members to review the revised version. Questions: ficaras0@gmail.com.
